PAY YOUR RENT DIGITALLY

 

Paying your rent electronically saves you time and reduces the risk of your rent being late. Your payments get reported to the credit bureaus and this can increase your FICO score for future rentals or if you are thinking about buying.

 

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Rent can be mailed to PO Box 410341, Kansas City, MO 64141. It doesn’t mean that you can send the check on the 1st. It must be in our hands on the 1st by 5 pm. If not, you will be charged late fees. There is a $25 fee for us to pick up rent at your home.

 

If rent is not received by the 5th of the month, a $20 late fee will be added for each day rent is late after the 1st. We do not accept checks or money orders for past due rent.
